How to Listen to Chilli FM in Your Car with Apple CarPlay & Android Auto

We’re currently working on adding full Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support to the official Chilli apps for iOS and Android.

In the meantime, you can still listen to Chilli in your car using Apple CarPlay or Android Auto via trusted third-party radio apps such as TuneIn,  Radio.net or Simple Radio by Streema. This guide explains how.

1. Check Car Compatibility

Make sure your car supports Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
Most newer vehicles include this feature, and aftermarket systems are also available.

2. Connect Your Smartphone

• Connect your phone using a USB cable
• Or connect wirelessly if your car supports wireless CarPlay or Android Auto

3. Apple CarPlay Setup (iPhone)

• Go to Settings → General → CarPlay
• Select your car
• Once connected, the CarPlay interface will appear on your car’s screen
• Open TuneIn, Radio.net or Simple Radio
• Search for Chilli FM and start listening

4. Android Auto Setup (Android)

• Install Android Auto if it’s not already on your phone
• Connect your phone via USB or wirelessly
• Open TuneIn, Radio.net or Simple Radio from the Android Auto screen
• Search for Chilli FM and press play

5. Internet Connection

Live streaming requires a stable mobile data connection.
Streaming quality may depend on your signal strength and data plan.

6. Drive Safely

• Use voice controls where possible
• Set up your station before driving
• Always follow local driving and phone-use regulations
