This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information about you when you interact with our radio, our social media, this website & our apps.

The information we may collect about you will vary depending on how you interact and engage with us. It may include the following:

Personal identification & log data when using our website: We may collect your name, email address, device & browser information (IP address), user name and password.

Personal identification & log data when using our apps. While using our apps, we do not collect any personally identifiable information. The apps does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you. Third party service providers used by the app are Google Play Services (Android), Google Analytics for Firebase (Android),  OneSignal Push Notifications (Android,IOS).

We want to inform you that whenever you use our apps, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilising our services, the time and date of your use of the services, and other statistics.

Personal data when you communicate with our station, website or app. If you call, text, email or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, phone number and a brief summary of your contribution or opinion.

4. What information do we collect about you from other sources?

We may obtain additional information about you from trusted third parties and public sources. Please be aware that if you log in via Facebook or Twitter you will be giving Facebook and Twitter permission to share some of your details with us depending on your privacy settings on their site. For example, if your Facebook privacy settings are set to allow it, they will provide us with your public profile which includes your name, profile picture, emails address, age range, gender, language spoken and gender.

Our brands and platforms (e.g websites or apps) may contain links to other websites or apps. If you click on a third-party link, your will be directed to that website or app. Note that these external websites or apps are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advice you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites or apps. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practises of any third-party websites, apps or their services.

Partners. If you sign up for one of our partnered services, such as Radio Advertising, you will be providing your information directly to our third party partner. We advise that you check their privacy policy or statement to understand how they use your information.

They may share certain information with us, which we will only use for the reasons set out in this policy and this will not include sensitive personal information or financial information.

Sponsors. If you enter a competition, we may, if you have agreed, disclose your information to the competition sponsors. If you are a prize winner, we will give your information to the sponsors and share your information with the parties who assist us in providing prizes to the winners. We may carry out research or analysis, which contains your personal information, via our sites, and share aggregated responses to questions with our partner organisations.

8. How long do we keep your personal data?

We hold personal data for different purposes and the length of time we keep your information will vary depending on the services or products we are providing.
